The sheer tulle is used from the neck till the cleft and shows a sweetheart shaped bodice which is velvet. The the bodice is further donned with horizontal pleats and velvet buttons. The waist is small and lets the lower skirt flow till the floor. The lower skirt is made of tulle and has extra layers inside and the hi-low hemline is embellished with valet laces.
