We want you to love your Kemedress purchase. Once your package arrives, we encourage you to try your dress on immediately without removing tags, altering, or washing the garment.
Standard Returns (Quality Issues) If you receive an item with a confirmed quality issue, factory defect, or our error, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate: Contact us immediately at support@kemedress.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
Sizing and Color Nuances

Size Deviations: As all of our dresses are hand-sewn, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction. We reserve additional fabric in the seams for minor local modifications. If your dress differs from your ordered specifications by more than one inch, please contact us; we will gladly reimburse up to 100% of tailoring costs (a receipt from your local tailor is required). If the dress fits the measurements you ordered but does not fit your body, it cannot be returned; we recommend local alterations.

Color Variations: Computer screen settings can slightly alter colors. A slight color mismatch does not mean the dress is defective. However, if you are confident you received a completely wrong color, please provide photo proof for an exchange or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items missing their original labels, price tags, or packaging.

Personalized or strictly custom-measured items (where the dress matches the exact unique measurements you provided).
