Return & Refund Policy

FIRST STEP
Inspect your order promptly
Please inspect your dress as soon as possible after delivery. Keep the original tags, labels and packaging attached until you have confirmed that the item is correct.
When a return may be considered
Quality issue
If you receive a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by KEMEDRESS UK, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Measurement difference
Hand-sewn garments may vary by approximately one inch in either direction. If the finished measurements differ from the specifications ordered by more than one inch, contact us for review.
Incorrect item
If you believe the item received is materially different from what you ordered, contact us with photographs and your order number.
Fit and color
Fit after delivery
If the dress matches the measurements supplied or selected at checkout but does not fit your body as expected, it is not considered a manufacturing defect. Professional local alterations may be appropriate.
Color appearance
Screen settings, lighting and photography can affect the appearance of fabric colors. A minor display-related color difference is not considered a defect. If you believe a materially different color was supplied, contact us for review.
Items that are not eligible for return
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items missing original labels, tags or packaging where these are required for the return.
- Personalized or strictly custom-measured dresses that were correctly produced according to the measurements supplied by the customer.
- Personal care items, undergarments and earrings.
Refund processing
Do not send a return before contacting customer support and receiving return instructions.
For an approved return, the item must be received and inspected before a refund is processed. Approved refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and acceptance.
