Standard-sized dresses
100% refund of product price and shipping cost.
75% refund of product price and 100% refund of shipping cost.
55% refund of product price and 100% refund of shipping cost.
After 48 hours
After 48 hours from payment confirmation, the dress is considered to be in production and the order cannot be cancelled.
Rush orders
Cancellations and modifications are not applicable to rush orders after 24 hours from payment confirmation.
